We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in joining a growing AI software company.
In this role, you will be responsible for client relationships, onboarding/training, retention/reduction in churn, and product advocacy. With this role being fully remote, you may be required to travel to trade shows/client sites resulting in 20%~ of travel for the year. You will be looked at as an expert on the company offerings, training, and newly added features. This is a chance to work on an enterprise set of accounts alongside a Sales Engineer, and Enterprise Account Executive.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current Enterprise (Fortune 500) clientele
- Work alongside an Account Executive to take on newly closed clients and onboard them efficiently
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and provide training on company offerings, newly added features, etc.
- Monitor enterprise client satisfaction to ensure at-risk accounts are engaged and reduction in churn is accomplished
- Develop and execute retention strategies to promote client loyalty
- Gather client feedback on products/offerings provided and communicate any insights to product teams
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success (or complex selling account management)
- Experience working with Enterprise clients - Fortune 500
- Proficient in using multiple CRM software
- Proven experience in deep discovery with customers on improvements, current success, and possible foreseen issues
- Ability to travel 20% of the year
- Track record of reduction in churn percentages and hitting quota
Compensation:
- Targeting 115K base to 135K base
- looking at an uncapped OTE at 150+
