ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architect Position Overview: 

Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who will play a key role in defining the overall architecture and strategy for their ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, along with extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions that align with industry best practices and ITIL frameworks.

ServiceNow Architect Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and support organizational goals.
• Define the overall architecture and technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, including integrations and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions are implemented according to best practices and standards.
• Drive the adoption of ITIL frameworks and best practices within the ServiceNow environment, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on architecture and solution design.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices, with hands-on experience implementing IT service management processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, including integrations with other systems.
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI customization, and integrations.
