Senior Project Manager - Business Change

I am currently recruiting for an exciting client of mine, looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong background in Business / Ops Change.

Experience

• 5+ Years / Experience in delivering min 2 large projects preferably within Financial Services - Business/ Ops Change
• Banking experience in preferred / Ops Experience is nice to have

Skills / Capabilities

• Strong Project Management Frameworks are a must - (experience in delivering rather than qualified to deliver)
• Project Governance - Design and implementation
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand the bigger picture
• Workshop facilitation
• Process analysis/ optimisation
• Issue and Risk Management and effective escalation
• Conflict resolution / managing difficult situations where the project is not going well
