Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be capable of driving efficiency through effective system management and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to support manufacturing operations.
- Customize and configure NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and implement system solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular audits, and develop data management policies.
- Manage NetSuite integration with other business applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and features, and make recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in implementing the WIP & Routing or Advanced Manufacturing modules in NetSuite
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
- Experience with system customization, workflows, saved searches, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
