As an IT Business Analyst at this company, you will be the bridge between clients and a talented IT solutions team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our solutions align with client expectations and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and propose IT solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows to support solution development.
• Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Support project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure successful solution adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and their application in business contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
