Senior ServiceNow Developer

Hybrid | Secret Clearance Required

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team in Virginia. If you have a passion for designing, implementing, and developing within the ServiceNow platform and meet the security clearance requirements, feel free to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Automated Test Framework (ATF) implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Must have a current Secret Clearance.
• Must reside in VA.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) is ideal.
• Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, and ATF.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) is desired.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
