IT Support Engineer Contract

Our client in Cork is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support for software and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage and support Office 365, including user account administration.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
