Java Solutions Architect

Dublin / Galway / Westmeath / Letterkenny - 1-2 days on-site | Available to start in July/August

My client, a market leader in the Professional Services space, is looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect with expertise in Java and Springboot. You will leverage your experience in solutions architecture, collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to solutions design/development teams.

You will be working on some of the most innovative software solutions while supporting globally recognised clients in the Financial Services/Banking space on some of their most impactful projects to maximise the power of their products.

Java Solutions Architect Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical leader, providing expert support to team members and clients alike.
• Produce and develop detailed technical design documentation.
• Collaborate with wider technical and business teams to align business goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with external partners to gather feedback on product enhancements, making recommendations using your expertise.

Java Solutions Architect Required Experience:

• 7+ years' experience in software development.
• 2+ years' as a Solutions Architect or Tech Lead.
• Strong experience with Java, Springboot, and Microservices.
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL.
• Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes
• Exposure to Financial Services/Banking is highly desirable.
