About The Client:

We are working with a customer who is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team. If you have a strong background in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Virtual Agent, then consider applying for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize the ServiceNow instance to meet business requirements and optimize platform functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Implement and maintain HRSD, ITSM, and Virtual Agent modules to enhance service delivery.
• Perform 3rd party integrations to extend the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive maintenance and optimization.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITIL certifications are strongly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
