An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client in Dublin, a dynamic player in the technology sector. Join the team in leading the company's digital transformation, operating as a tech lead with direct involvement within the engineering process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily meetings with the engineering team, ensuring the distribution of tasks.
- Mentor a group of engineers, acting as a point of contact for overcoming obstacles.
- Ensure the completion of full-stack engineering tasks.
- Conduct code reviews.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience leading a team of software engineers.
- 8+ years of Java coding experience.
- Experience tracking API'S for performance.
- Knowledge of AWS, Cloud, Automating Software/tools
