About The Client:
Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their growing team. Consider applying if you have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and ITIL foundations to ensure efficient IT service management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and HRSD.
- Experience with designing and implementing integrations and workflows.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
- ITIL certifications are preferred.
