We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, Service Portal development, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and Service Portal.
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Improve the Service Portal for a better user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring stability and performance.
• Follow best practices for development, configuration, and customization.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow tools.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
