We are seeking a Level 1 IT Engineer on behalf of our client, an Irish MSP based in Dublin (hybrid). This position involves troubleshooting and managing level 1 IT Support issues and tickets for multiple clients. You will work on desktops, laptops, mobiles and apple devices and will be responsible for troubleshooting operating systems and applications, remote and on-site.
Duties:
- Resolving ticket/service requests assigned to you
- Deploying and setting-up new and existing client devices
- Working with clients to ensure their support issues are understood
- Working with internal team members to deliver incident reports
Requirements:
- Experience working with various types of client devices/hardware
- 1-3 years experience working with Windows Operating Systems and Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working for an MSP/IT Services and Consulting firm
- Relevant certifications, including MS Azure Fundamentals, MCP and CompTIA A+
