Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking to hire a Cyber Security Analyst on behalf of our Galway-based client. This position will involve working across a variety of areas including Incident Response, Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Assessment and Threat Intelligence.

Duties:

• Implementing and maintaining Security measures to protect technical IT Infrastructure, including Firewalls and Network Security
• Implementing Security policies for mobile devices
• Implementing security measures for virtual and physical data centres
• Managing Security incidents from the Service Desk
• Performing security updates and patches

Requirements:

• Strong Cybersecurity experience across Threat Intelligence, Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Assessment and Incident Response
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure
• Understanding of Cloud environments and their security aspects including data security and access control
• Solid understanding of operating systems and the ability to perform security updates and patches
