Fully remote role.
We are looking for someone who is located in Texas primarily. Please be advised that there is about 35% of travel for the year. This includes travelling to trade shows, client sites, and conferences.
This role will offer a base salary of 85,000 to 115,000 with a 50/50 split. On-target earnings (OTE) will be anywhere from 190,000 to 230,000OTE.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join a massively growing cybersecurity company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the government, healthcare, and financial services industries. This company sells both solutions and managed services which gives IT departments full support with their security and technology needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work alongside marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand new features and updates with the solutions offered to clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and address client needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full sales cycle experience. Self-prospecting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in Telecommunications, Managed Services Providers, IT Consulting, or similar fields. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
