About the Company: 

Our client is in the asset management and data management space. They are partnered with SAP and powered by AWS. With 12 different solution offerings, this company sells into Facilities, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Healthcare, Finance, and more. This company just received a huge investment from a Private Equity firm which means they are looking to grow exponentially. 

With that being said, we're looking for a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join their team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Senior Revenue Operations Manager Job Overview:

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize their revenue processes. You will analyze data, streamline operations, and implement best practices to enhance the company's overall performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and refine revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage a revenue operations specialist and eventually be looked on to grow a Revenue Operations team.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and metrics.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of tools and technologies that support revenue operations, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the revenue pipeline and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices and tools to optimize revenue generation efforts.
  • Create territory assignments for the sales organization.
  • Build and adjust compensation plans that will be lucrative to the sales organization.
  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
