Reperio are working with a fast-growing tech company in Dublin who are undergoing major expansion plans in 2025. To facilitate these plans, they are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with experience in Azure Cloud stack to join the team. As a Senior Data Engineer specializing in Azure, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions to meet the growing needs of the business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.).
- Strong experience in ETL pipeline development, data integration, and transformation processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and best practices for performance optimization.
- Experience with version control tools like Git, and CI/CD pipelines for data engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure DevOps for automating data pipelines and deployments.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
