About the Role

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role within the IT team, acting as the key liaison between IT and business functions. The role encompasses requirements gathering, developing reports and dashboards, training end users, and ensuring successful project handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document Sitetracker requirements
• Customise workflows, templates, and dashboards within Sitetracker
• Develop practical solutions to enhance operational productivity
• Provide training and support to end users while assessing organisational impacts

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in varied environments
• Skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector
• Hands-on experience with each: Salesforce, Excel, and Visio
