Currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a complex SAP S/4HANA Transformation project. This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP transformation initiatives, particularly within SAP environments, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring the adoption of best practices in SAP project management.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-level executives, business unit leads, and external vendors to align the project with strategic objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking financial performance against forecasts.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Integration Coordination: Liaise with technical teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to manage integration points and ensure seamless system deployment.
- Change Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Agile/Waterfall Methodologies: Apply appropriate project management methodologies to suit the needs of the program, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership and governance boards.
Requirements:
- Proven SAP Expertise: Must have experience in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects within enterprise environments.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- ERP Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, including migration and integration processes.
- Strong Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Hybrid Working Experience: Skilled in managing distributed teams in hybrid working environments.
- Risk & Change Management: Hands-on experience with risk and change management strategies in IT transformation projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SAP modules, system integration tools, and cloud technologies is advantageous
