NetSuite Business Analyst

We are helping a client hire a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst, to optimize and manage their NetSuite platform, ensuring it supports the growth of their e-commerce retail operations. This role will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve system performance, and implement new solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for NetSuite enhancements.
• Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement and test custom solutions.
• Optimize order management, inventory, procurement, and financial processes.
• Manage third-party integrations, including 3PL and payment systems.
• Support users through training, troubleshooting, and system updates.
• Ensure system security, performance, and data integrity.
• Maintain process documentation and monitor NetSuite releases for relevant updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes, especially order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Experience with SuiteCommerce and 3PL integrations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
