The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to drive customer success by providing expert technical guidance during the sales process. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at combining technical knowledge with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how company's solutions meet their customers needs.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing client concerns, objections, and technical challenges.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS, IT Consulting, IT Services, or similar.
- Proven hands-on experience with RFPs/RFIs, Proof-of-Concept, etc.
- Experience working with technologies such as APIs, Cloud platforms, and integration software.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
