We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our client's team. This role involves leading the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the platform and a proven track record of delivering scalable, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Strategy & Architecture: Define and implement the overall architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Solution Design: Lead the design and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet specific client needs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend platform enhancements.

Requirements: 

• 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years specializing in the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS) and API integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD preferred.
