Senior IT Support Engineer

A client of mine is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This role involves providing advanced Level 3 support, managing IT infrastructure, and leading key technical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues across Windows and Microsoft environments.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policies and permissions.
• Oversee the deployment and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for process automation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
