IT Support Engineer
Contract | €250-€300/day | Dublin | Hybrid

A client of mine is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This role focuses on providing Level 2 and 3 support across a variety of systems, including Windows, Office 365, and Azure, while contributing to ongoing IT projects and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Windows-based environments, including Active Directory and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with the configuration and management of Azure-based services.
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Document technical solutions and maintain detailed records of support activities.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize systems and processes.
• Provide guidance to junior team members as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
