Programme Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a dynamic Programme Manager to lead high-impact projects in a fast-moving fintech powerhouse, my client is an enterprise organisation, well respected in their field. If you thrive in a product-led environment and excel in delivering results using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, my client would be very interested in seeing your profile.

This role is a 6 month rolling contract , with potential for long-term extension.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of critical programmes aligned with business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, product-first setting.
• Balance timelines, budgets, and resources with precision.
• Navigate both Agile and Waterfall approaches to ensure success.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve blockers.
• Keep stakeholders engaged and informed every step of the way.

Requirements:

• Solid track record as a Programme Manager in a product-led organisation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
