Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing PMO team. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of regulatory and strategic projects within the financial domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Establishing and maintaining project governance.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Leading and developing high-performing project teams.
  • Ensuring project delivery meets all requirements (time, cost, scope, quality).
  • Fostering collaboration and driving project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Relevant Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
  • Proven project management expertise, including goal setting, prioritisation, and successful project delivery.
  • Experience managing IT and data projects is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive organisational change.
  • Experience working on multiple projects within a PMO environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
  • Understanding of effective change management principles.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills to motivate and engage team members.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
