Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing PMO team. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of regulatory and strategic projects within the financial domain.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Establishing and maintaining project governance.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Leading and developing high-performing project teams.
- Ensuring project delivery meets all requirements (time, cost, scope, quality).
- Fostering collaboration and driving project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Relevant Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
- Proven project management expertise, including goal setting, prioritisation, and successful project delivery.
- Experience managing IT and data projects is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives.
- Proven ability to lead and drive organisational change.
- Experience working on multiple projects within a PMO environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of effective change management principles.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills to motivate and engage team members.
- Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
