Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our assurance team on large-scale transformation programs and projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality work products that exceed client expectations and adhere to the highest professional standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of specialization, leveraging your knowledge to develop innovative solutions and shape service offerings.
- Lead presentations and proposals for medium to high-complexity projects, and contribute subject matter expertise to bids and proposals in relevant areas.
- Contribute to client account management activities, including project team recruitment, financial management of client engagements, and quality and risk management.
- Lead and support the development of presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high-complexity projects for both prospective and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and actively work to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Support team development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in project risk management, program delivery, or recovery for the delivery of technology projects within consulting, industry, or the public sector.
- Demonstrated experience in Program Assurance (project health checks).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of project governance and change management principles.
Desirable:
- Additional professional qualifications in project or program management, such as PRINCE2®, PMP, MSP, or ACP.
- Experience in Project Assurance, Portfolio Management, PMO, benchmarking, and Best Practices.
