The company operates on a global scale, and we are looking for Account Executives to join the growing US team.
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding their client base. You will be responsible for managing a mix of inside and field sales activities, developing relationships with current and prospective clients. You'll have support cross-functionally from marketing, customer success, product, and engineering. This role offers a balance of remote work and on-site client visits, requiring strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals for assigned territories or accounts.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Account Growth: Manage existing accounts to identify upsell opportunities, renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Travel: Travel to client sites for meetings, conferences, and trade shows (approximately [20%-40%], as required).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
- 2+ years of full sales cycle experience within a SaaS company, preferably in healthcare, education, or AI.
- Ability to travel 20% to 40% of the year to clients, trade shows, and conferences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software products.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
