Responsibilities: 

• Drive the successful delivery of medium-scale, high-complexity technology projects, ensuring they are rooted in Agile principles, highly efficient, and scalable, while adhering to industry best practices.
• Empower and coach Agile teams, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and delivering maximum value.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with precision, proactively manage risks, and ensure robust governance and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate seamlessly with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders, aligning Agile delivery with strategic objectives to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements: 

• Financial services industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
• A proven ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution under pressure.
• Agile or PM certification would be a bonus.
