Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of new software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code and ensure best practices in software development and architecture.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Lead ServiceNow Developer.
• This is a technical hands on role (discover, design, implement & optimize).
• Specializing in multiple offerings like SPM (ITBM), CSM, HRSD, ITOM, Service Portal, ITSM, Service Provider (Domain Separation).
• Extensive knowledge of IT service delivery and architecture within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working within a federal space.
