IT Support Engineer

Hybrid 

A client of mine is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, and supporting IT infrastructure in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1/2 support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist in the configuration and support of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintain IT asset records.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and IT projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, providing IT support in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
