Software QA Engineer

 Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Join our applications project team, where you will work closely with developers, product owners, and key stakeholders to ensure the excellence and reliability of our clinical trial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Set up systems and implement QA practices in an Agile environment, working alongside development teams to ensure clinical trial products meet the highest quality standards.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases that cover all aspects of the software, including its functionality, performance, security, and user experience.
• Partner with product owners and developers to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and assist in verifying both software and hardware features.
• Foster a culture of quality within the team, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the development process.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of software testing experience, with a proven ability to deliver quality results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of system setup and testing methodologies, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Familiarity with ALM or other QA tools.
• Experience with both software and hardware testing platforms.
