Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop and document test cases for the Deimos application using Azure DevOps, while also working with clients to refine the testing approach for functional updates.
Identify defects in the application and communicate them to the development team through Azure DevOps, utilizing tools such as Bugs and Tasks.
Conduct both manual and automated testing on the Deimos application to ensure it meets defined quality benchmarks.
Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth integration of AWS-based services with the Deimos platform.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of test environments to support manual and automated tests.
Work in close partnership with Agile team members and external stakeholders, including client subject matter experts, to gather requirements and provide insights into application quality.
Ensure all test cases, results, and reported defects are thoroughly documented and updated.
Provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and issues to stakeholders through reports and meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance within the financial services sector.
Background in managing large-scale data programs.
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulatory standards.
Previous experience testing financial applications, such as trading platforms, payment processing systems, or banking software.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency with .NET technologies and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with integration testing methodologies and tools.
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
Experience working within an Agile environment, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of Test Automation tools, such as Selenium.
Data warehousing experience.
Familiarity with AWS-based services is a bonus.
Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, or Python is advantageous.
