Responsibilities:
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and compliance reporting.
- Assist with financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Support compliance efforts, including tax filings, audit preparations, and internal controls.
- Contribute to the NetSuite implementation, including data migration, system configuration, and process optimization.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and stabilize the department.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, or financial compliance roles.
- Sage ERP experience is required; NetSuite implementation experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and internal controls.
- Experience with tax filings, audits, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
