Typescript / React Front-End Developer

They are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with a passion for building data-driven applications and seamless user experiences. This role would allow an individual to shape the future of Freight Tech, working alongside top engineers and designers to develop intuitive, scalable solutions with advanced data visualization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Optimise application performance for speed and scalability.
• Architect robust frontend solutions, contributing to technical discussions and code reviews.
• Ensure a seamless user experience through thorough testing and iterative improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions from concept to production.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices.
• Experience with web frameworks such as ReactJS or similar.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Desirable: 

• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Highcharts, AG Grid).
• Familiarity with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
• Experience with GraphQL for building APIs.
