Head of Professional Services

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Professional Services team.
• Manage IT projects spanning Cloud migrations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity etc.
• Oversee client proposals, proof of concepts, and project execution.
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape service delivery.
• Directly manage a small team of 3-5 technical professionals.
• Act as a hands-on leader, stepping in on technical projects when needed.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in IT project management, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms, network infrastructure, security solutions, and IT architecture.
• Previous experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• A Level 3 Technical Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
