Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-stream projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, budget, and risk
• Partner with product owners and delivery teams to align outcomes with strategic goals
• Manage stakeholder communications and governance forums
• Support roadmap development, benefit tracking, and business case delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years project management experience in financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record delivering complex change initiatives
• Experience across the full project lifecycle
• PM qualification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or PMP) and relevant degree
