Scrum Master

This business is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile squads in delivering high-quality products. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritise backlog items.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
• Use Agile metrics to track performance and optimise team efficiency.
• Promote self-organisation within teams and encourage Agile best practices.
• Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive team dynamic.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor teams to improve their Agile practices.
