Senior Business Analyst

Reperio have partnered with a company who are seeking a skilled Contract Business Analyst with expertise in data-heavy projects to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for data-driven initiatives.
• Work with data engineering and analytics teams to define data models, ETL processes, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by validating and reconciling data across various sources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data-intensive projects.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
