Reperio has partnered with a financial services company that's seeking to grow their Data team by adding a talented and highly motivated Data Analyst. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analysing complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modelling.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Previous financial services, insurance or banking experience/knowledge.
