Portfolio Manager

Reperio have partnered with a client who are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and successfully deliver complex programmes. This role involves leading programme delivery, maintaining governance, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of high-complexity programmes, setting pace and direction.
• Define programme goals and success criteria, focusing on the critical path.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and client engagement.
• Provide regular reports on programme performance and track benefits.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve challenges.
• Oversee team performance, ensuring engagement and fostering a positive culture.
• Mentor and guide senior team members to ensure optimal programme delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex programmes using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methods.
• Strong background in commercial, financial, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage programme profitability and ensure compliance.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and client relationships.
