Reperio has partnered with a market leader in the Technology and Transformation space who are looking for seasoned senior-level Programme and Project Managers with solid experience in risk management, technology programme assurance, and ERP delivery. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of solving client pain-points, driving delivery, and improving the impact of their clients' programmes.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of Programme or Project Management experience across multiple industry sectors.
- Strong experience in Risk Management, ideally within ERP technology programmes.
- Strong consulting skillset and Stakeholder Engagement skills, with the ability to gain buy-in from senior level stakeholders.
- Experience working in some of the following industry sectors: Government/Public Sector, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services/Banking for example.
- Experience in Change Management and large-scale technology transformation projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage and mentor others.
