Reperio have partnered with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed manufacturing and distribution company who are seeking an ERP Software Development Manager to join their growing internal technology team. The business is actively scaling through acquisitions and has a strong focus on consolidating and optimizing their ERP systems across multiple entities.
This is a senior leadership position that blends technical oversight with business process management. The successful candidate will step into a critical role, replacing a long-standing ERP manager, and will take ownership of ERP development and integration strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ERP development efforts across multiple systems (including NetSuite and SAP)
- Manage a small internal development team and coordinate with external vendors
- Lead ERP optimization efforts, including finance, inventory, WMS, and business-wide integrations
- Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment of goals and systems
- Support integration of newly acquired companies into the ERP environment
- Spearhead initial 3-6 month focus on NetSuite optimization (WMS functionality, and process improvement)
- Contribute to long-term ERP consolidation roadmap and digital transformation planning
- Report to the Director of Software Development and collaborate regularly with senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading ERP initiatives or managing software development teams in an ERP environment
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, especially finance, inventory, and WMS modules
- Technical understanding of development processes (background in coding or integrations is ideal)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and making data-driven decisions
- Experience working across multiple ERP systems or post-acquisition system integration is a plus
