Data Scientist

Reperio have partnered with a leading financial services company who are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will leverage advanced statistical models, machine learning techniques, and financial data to drive business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse large financial datasets to identify trends.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms for risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and product.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or in or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science role, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
