Reperio are working with a small but fast-growing pharma company who are seeking a skilled Senior Biostatistician to join their team. You will lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets, working closely with cross-functional teams to support research, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives. You will bring rigorous statistical expertise and a collaborative spirit to every project, ensuring that our methodologies are robust, innovative, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory statistics, preferably within pharma.
- Deep knowledge of statistical theory and methodologies, including both classical and modern techniques.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, SAS, Python, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
