Senior Business Operations Analyst

Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join their team. This role supports senior leadership in driving business performance, operational efficiency, and internal communications. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with major area leaders to monitor performance metrics and product adoption.
• Develop and manage KPIs and scorecards across teams.
• Analyse data trends and support plans to address customer risks and low adoption.
• Oversee headcount and budget planning in collaboration with finance.
• Prepare leadership for key meetings and ensure consistent reporting and planning cadences.
• Lead strategy and planning session coordination.
• Drive internal communications strategy aligned with company culture and priorities.
• Foster a collaborative, fun, and performance-driven team culture.
• Support leadership participation in internal events and digital engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI integration in business processes.
• Strong background in operations or program management (preferably in consulting/professional services).
• Skilled in budgeting, stakeholder management, and communications.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
