NetSuite Consultant

Reperio has partnered with a company who primarily focus on customer service. They are looking for a specialist to help build system functionalities that will lead to new projects. This is a technical support role for a high growth, high performance company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to end-users through resolving technical issues
• Design and configure customization across all NetSuite modules using customizable objects such as custom records, lists, and segments
• Develop Suite Scripts and workflows to automate processes, enhance native functionality, and overcome system limitations.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications and external systems using REST lets, Web Services, or other integration technologies.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure smooth deployment of customizations and configurations.
• Build custom reports, saved searches, and Suite Analytics Workbooks to support financial analysis and operational insights.
• Use NetSuite ODBC to develop and validate advanced SQL reports for complex reporting needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements within NetSuite to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Document business processes, technical designs, use cases, exception handling, and test scenarios in detailed specification documents.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment on business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Administration NetSuite ERP
• Experience in integration of systems into NetSuite
• Experience in Developing NetSuite utilizing Suite Script 1.0 & 2.0
• Background in accounting/finance
• Prior knowledge in NetSuite ODBC, SQL, data management, databases, and various methodologies
• Capability of effective communication amongst team and partners

Desirable:

• NetSuite certifications
• Previous experience with CRM roles
• Experience with third-party systems and cross-functional ERP systems
