Principal Software Engineer (Java/.NET)

Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a seasoned Principal Software Engineer to establish technical leadership while remaining hands-on with significant experience in coding, architecture, and system design.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software design, coding, and application architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience, with a primary focus on Java or C#/.NET.
• Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Messaging, caching, and system integration tools.
• Strong REST fundamentals and API development.
• Strong coaching and mentoring mindset and approach.
• Contribute to architecture design, principles, and standards.
• Experience in fintech or payments environments is desirable.
• Ability to drive Agile development and deliver products quickly and to a high standard.
