Senior Python Developer

An innovative Galway-based tech company is seeking a Senior Python Developer to lead the development of intelligent, AI-powered systems in the connected vehicle space. Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing scalable, production-ready Python applications
• Leading the development of AI/ML-powered features and systems
• Architecting solutions for real-time data processing from IoT sensors
• Collaborating closely with product, DevOps, and data science teams
• Mentoring junior developers and driving technical best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Python experience
• Strong background in software architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Ability to lead technical decisions and contribute to a collaborative, Agile environment
