Responsibilities:

• Lead senior-level customer engagements focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, business apps, and modern workplace strategy.
• Design and deliver innovative technical solutions with measurable business impact.
• Drive project delivery, technical leadership, and customer success.
• Support pre-sales activities: solution architecture, estimating, workshop facilitation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client goals and unlock opportunities.
• Provide training to clients' technical teams and support application modernization.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, upgrades, and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to internal capability development and team growth.

Requirements:

• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 / D365 CRM solutions.
• A motivated, client-focused, problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving high-value outcomes.
• 3rd-level qualification in a relevant field.
• Flexibility to travel as required (Galway-based role).
